These terms describe use of the FOR mobile app for iOS and Android.
The service
FOR provides a locally bundled directory and playback controls for third-party radio streams. The app connects your device directly to a broadcaster; broadcasters control their programming, availability and geographic restrictions. Stations or features may change, stop or be unavailable.
Your use and costs
Use the app and third-party streams lawfully and follow the broadcaster’s applicable conditions. You are responsible for your internet connection and any data or roaming charges. Use vehicle interfaces only when it is safe and lawful to do so.
Third-party content and rights
Broadcasters and other rightsholders remain responsible for their content, names, artwork and streams. A listing does not imply affiliation or endorsement. These terms do not grant rights to copy, record, redistribute or commercially exploit third-party material; obtain permission from its rightsholder where required.
Availability and applicable rights
We provide the app as available and cannot guarantee uninterrupted streams or the accuracy of independent directory information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for outages, third-party content or network charges. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable app-store terms also govern downloads and purchases, if any.

The separate FOR App Privacy Policy explains how the app handles data. We may update these terms as the service changes; the date shown identifies the current version.
